Rejected shares refer to shares that your miner failed to submit to pool due to factors such as network fluctuations
The rejection rate is the proportion of the rejected shares number to the total number of shares submitted by the miner. The smaller the rate, the higher the efficiency of miner.
It is normal as long as the rejection rate is under 1%. You could calculate the rejection rate as follows:
If the rejection rate is higher than 1%, it is recommended:
1. Power off and restart the miner
If there are a large number of miners in your mining farm, you could use APMinerTool to batch manage your miners. Link for software downloading and tutorial:
2. check the network
If all of the miners connected under one same router or switch have abnormal rejection rate, it is recommended to check the whole network and replace the router or switch to test.
If one specific miner has abnormal rejection rate, it is recommended to replace the network cable and network port the miner connected to.
